Do your products come with a guarantee?

Yes. All our beds and mattresses come with a 5 year guarantee. If you’re not happy with your product, feel free to contact us via our helpdesk.

How long will it take to be delivered?

Your product will be delivered within 5-10 working days but can be sooner. You will receive a text and email with a tracking link which contains the delivery date and time slot. This will be sent to you several days before the delivery.

Can I delay my delivery?

Yes, this is common for people who are decorating or moving into a new house but don’t want to miss out on a sale. You can place your order and select “delay delivery” in the checkout. We will then put your delivery on hold until you get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date.

Can I specify a delivery date?

We can’t guarantee a delivery date, however we will try our best to arrange a delivery around your schedule. Once you have placed your order, you can get in touch with us via ourhelpdeskto let us know your delivery preference.

We deliver furniture to our customers across Mainland UK.

However, some locations within the UK are currently excluded.

We do not deliver to offshore locations, including the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
